Trying
Trying hard to hold it together trying not to lose my way.
Trying to be a help not a bother trying to make no mistakes.
Just want to be useful and not a burden to anyone.
Just want to succeed in something so that they can say hey
yeah she’s the one to go to.
Instead of saying oh poor her she’s suffering an illness that’s
eating away at her.
I’m still trying to be useful, not to be a burden to anyone.
No one seems to get it, I’m in a boat and there’s a leak and
now my boats sunk.
